It is always a fun activity during the late summer to anticipate the communication from the Youth Department at the Southern New England Conference Office.
The joy comes as I always receive the information about our young people who made decisions for Jesus while at Camp Winnekeag. This year I received information that five of our youth made decisions to be baptized. And two who are already baptized made recommitments to Christ.
Camp Winnkeag is one of the many tools we have to present Jesus -- along with worship, Sabbath School, our own youth activities, and SLA and Browning -- plus, the work of parents.
May God bless these young people for the decisions for Jesus!
